CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by containing a compound expressed by formulas I-IV (R is 1-3C alkyl or phenyl; R' is H or 1-12C alkyl; p is 1-5; m is 5-100; x is 1-50; t and y are 0-50), preferably having >=3,000, especially >=5,000 average mol.wt. in an amount of 0.01-10wt.%, preferably 0.1-3wt.% in a base for the composition. The above-mentioned composition is used in the form of aerosol, wet tissue, etc., and capable of readily removing excreta remaining in anal peripheral parts, etc., after urination or evacuation and preventing deterioration of various symptoms in the anal peripheral parts, such as contact dermatitis or pruritus.
