給水配管4、給湯配管5内の水は電動五方切換弁
9に接続された排水管10から排出される。これ
により、給湯機能を低下させることなく、凍結時
の機器の損傷を未然に防止することができるもの
である。また温度検出素子11の取付場所と、自
動切換制御装置12の設定温度を可変可能とする
ことにより、凍結防止最適切換タイミングを得る
ことができる。
