Abstract

PURPOSE:To unify a data deleting means and to cause the relation of a deletion object file, the deleting conditions of data and the deleting timing of the data to be clear by providing a deletion information management table, a deletion information registering means and a data deleting means. CONSTITUTION:When deletion information is inputted through an input/output managing means 14, a deletion information registering means 12 gives management numbers for deletion object files, and registers the deleting conditions of the data to a deleting conditions management table 211 of a deletion information management table 21. The means 12 gives one processing number to the processing of a data deleting means 13, and registers the deleting timing to a deleting timing management table 212 of the table 21. Simultaneously with it, the means 12 requires a job scheduler 16 that the means can be executed in making the processing number into a parameter by the deleting timing registered to the table 212, and the scheduler 16 activates the means 13 in making the processing number of the same entry into the parameter through the table 212. Thus, the relation of the deleting conditions of the data and the deleting timing of the data can be made clear.
