Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the foul use of a keyboard through a foul user at midnight, etc., by keeping an execution/transmission key locked for a period covering the comparison start value through the comparison and value which are stored in a comparison value storing memory. CONSTITUTION:The designated value for a range between the comparison start and end values received via a data input key 22 is stored in a comparison value storing memory 20 with the setting operation of a comparison value setting lock 21. A comparison means 30 compares the time of a timer mechanism 40 with the comparison start value in the memory 20 and transmits a lock signal 31 when the coincidence is obtained from said comparison. Then an unlock signal 32 is transmitted when the coincidence is obtained between the time of the mechanism 40 and the comparison end value. A lock/unlock means 50 locks an execution/transmission key 60 to inhibit the transmitting/ writing actions of data or execution of jobs after receiving the signal 31. These inhibited actions and execution are started again with reception of the signal 32. Thus it is possible to avoid the foul use of a keyboard through the foul users on holidays or at midnight, etc.
