BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, a viscous liquid container into which this type of applicator is inserted has a smooth inner circumferential surface of an insertion opening 3 of a container body 2 filled with a viscous liquid 1.
Since the insertion shaft 5 having the application part 4 is inserted into the container body 2 so as to be able to move forward and backward, the viscous liquid 1 that adheres to the outer periphery of the insertion shaft 5 as the insertion shaft 5 is pulled out is removed from the application part 4. When the container is stored in the container body 2 after use, the insertion shaft 5 comes into contact with the opening edge 6 of the insertion opening 3 of the container body 2, causing the viscous liquid 1 to adhere thereto. Viscous liquid 1 is applied to the opening edge 6 of the insertion port 3.
When the amount of viscous liquid 1 increases, it flows out to the outer periphery, which not only causes the viscous liquid 1 to adhere to the user's hands and contaminate the inside of a storage compartment such as a handbag, but also coats the outer periphery of the insertion opening 3. This had the disadvantage that opening and closing of the lid body 7 was also hindered.

In addition, in order to eliminate such drawbacks,
As described in Japanese Patent Application No. 56-159009, a plate-shaped collar is protruded from the insertion opening, and a large number of protrusions are protruded from the center of the collar at small intervals. There is one that forms the opening of the insertion shaft, but since the spacing between the protrusions is formed at the center of the flat plate-like tsuba, it is likely that the viscosity that adhered to the upper surface of the tsuba is due to the handling of the insertion shaft. Because the brim is located horizontally, the contents of mascara, eyeliner, etc. cannot flow down into the container body and remain attached to the top or bottom surface, making it almost impossible to eliminate the drawbacks of conventional products. be.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The invention attempts to solve the above-mentioned problems, and aims to prevent a large amount of highly viscous liquid adhering to the outer periphery of the insertion shaft from coming into contact with the opening edge of the insertion opening. In addition, the purpose is to ensure that a small amount of viscous liquid that comes into contact with the opening edge flows down into the container body and does not remain on the opening edge, thereby eliminating various conventional obstacles.

Means for solving the problems In order to solve the problems mentioned above, the present invention
An insertion shaft provided with an applicator at the tip is inserted into the container body so as to be able to move forward and backward, and the viscous liquid filled inside the container body is attached to the applicator and taken out.
In a product designed to be applied to a target area, a plurality of contact protrusions are formed along the inner circumferential surface of the insertion opening of the container body and protrude vertically at intervals smaller than the diameter of the insertion shaft. It consists of

Function Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the outer periphery of the insertion shaft does not come into direct contact with the inner peripheral surface of the insertion opening, but only contacts the small-area contact ridges provided in the vertical direction. However, a small amount of the viscous liquid that adheres to the insertion shaft contacts and adheres to the small-area contact ridge, adheres to the formed interval on the inner surface of the insertion opening, and flows down into the container body along with this, so that the viscous liquid does not become as viscous as in the conventional case. This prevents a large amount of liquid from coming into contact with the opening edge of the insertion port and causing various problems.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 10 is a container body, mascara, nail polish, etc.
Filled with a viscous liquid 11 such as eyeliner, an insertion shaft 14 having an applicator 13 such as a brush at the tip is inserted from the insertion opening 12 at the upper end so as to be movable forward and backward. , insertion port 1
Fix the lid body 15 covering the outer periphery of the insertion shaft 1
4 moves forward and backward, the viscous liquid 11 filled inside the container body 10 is attached to the application part 13 and taken out, and is formed so that it can be applied to target parts such as eyelashes, nails, and eyelids. Further, a contact ridge 17 is protruded from the inner periphery of the insertion opening portion 12 of the container body 10 with a forming interval 16 smaller than the diameter of the insertion shaft 14 . It is desirable that this contact protrusion 17 protrudes through a formation interval 16 smaller than the diameter of the insertion shaft 14 to minimize the contact area with the outer peripheral surface of the insertion shaft 14. The protrusion 17 is the second
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 3, the contact protrusion 17 protrudes in a planar triangular shape and is formed in the vertical direction of the inner circumferential surface of the insertion opening portion 12. At the bottom of the contact protrusion 17 formed in this way,
The tube 18 is made of soft elastic material such as rubber or plastic.
is fixed, and a conical handling portion 19 is formed at the upper end of this handling tube 18.

In the second embodiment, which is different from the first embodiment, the contact ridges 17 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the insertion opening 12 in the vertical direction, but as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, A gap 21 is formed between the upper side of the contact protrusion 17 and the insertion port 12, so that the viscous liquid that has come into contact with the upper edge of the contact protrusion 17 can flow through the gap 21 without contacting the opening edge 22 of the insertion port 12. It is formed so as to flow downward into the container body 10 through a forming gap 16.

Further, in the first and second embodiments described above, the contact protrusion 17 was formed above the handling tube 18 and separately from the handling tube 18, but in a further different third embodiment, The handling cylinder 18 is formed as the insertion opening part 12, and as shown in FIG. 6, a contact protrusion 17 is formed in the axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of the insertion opening part 12 formed by the handling cylinder 18.

Further, in a fourth embodiment that is still different, a contact protrusion 17 is formed in the vertical direction on the inner circumferential surface of the insertion port 12 formed by the handling tube 18, and a contact protrusion 17 is formed in the vertical direction.
An axial through hole 23 is formed at the back position of 7,
As in the second embodiment, the viscous liquid 11 that has come into contact with the upper end edge of the contact protrusion 17 passes through the through hole 23 without coming into contact with the opening edge 22 of the insertion port 12 formed by the handling tube 18, and the forming interval 16 is removed. It is formed so as to flow down into the container body 10 through the container body 10.

Effects of the invention Since the invention is constructed as described above, the outer periphery of the insertion shaft does not come into direct contact with the inner peripheral surface of the insertion opening, but only with small-area contact protrusions provided in the vertical direction. A small amount of the viscous liquid that comes into contact with and adheres to the insertion shaft contacts and adheres to the small-area contact ridge, and then flows down into the container body along the interval formed on the inner surface of the insertion opening. The viscous liquid does not remain on the edges, and as shown in Figure 1, a large amount of viscous liquid comes into contact with the opening edge of the insertion opening, causing the viscous liquid to adhere to the user's hands or contaminate the inside of the storage compartment of a handbag, etc. There is no problem in opening and closing the lid covering the outer periphery of the insertion opening.
