Abstract

CONSTITUTION:When an ignition switch IGSW and a start switch SW are closed, an insulating ring 42 rotates clockwise. Consequently, transistors Tr1-Tr3 are connected with a stator coil 31. Said transistors Tr1-Tr3 are successively controlled by a position signal from position detectors 61-63. When any of said position detectors 61-63 does not output a position signal, a pulse signal is outputted from a monostable multivibrator MM3 and supplied to the stator coil 31 via transistors Tr1-Tr3.
