CONSTITUTION:A binary digital data is demodulated from a reception wave by a receiver 1 and a reception power measuring instrument 2 always measures the power of reception wave. The data demodulated by the receiver 1 is given to a control signal software discrimination decoder 3. The decoder 3 stores data in the unit of frames. In this case, the power of the reception wave is received from the measuring device 2 in applying binary discrimination of the bit for each bit to make the result correspondent to the bit. Then the software discrimination applied with weighting by the reception power for each bit is applied to the sent control signal. Thus, the control signal is received with high reliability.
