A processor 11a puts an intersecting point P1 between the elements 1a and 1b of the form 1 on an intersecting point P2 between the elements 2a and 2b of the form 2. At the same time, the elements 1a and 1b are put on the elements 2a and 2b respectively. Then the form 1 is attached to the form 2.
