Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a smaller size, a lighter weight, a higher reliability and a lower cost of an instrument, by directly integrating an electromagnetic induction outputs attributed to a magnetism generating section and a conductor section. CONSTITUTION:First, when an acceleration acts on a mechano-electro conversion functioning section 5, a weight 4 (4e) moves in proportion to the acceleration. With the movement of the weight 4 (4e), a conductor section 2 (2b) moves in a magnetic field generated from a magnetic field generating section 3 (3e) to obtain an electromotive force in the conductor section 2 (2e) by an electromagnetic induction. The level of the electromotive force is proportional to a value obtained by differentiating the level of the acceleration working on the weight 4 (4e) and after all, an output signal corresponding to the acceleration is obtained by an integration processing of the electromotive force gained from the mechano-electro conversion functioning section 5 or a signal amplified. Thus, such an output signal can be utilized as display signal, record signal, control signal and the like, making this device function as accelerometer. This achieves a smaller size, a lighter weight, a higher reliability and a lower cost of an instrument.
