NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R0 is lower alkyl; R1 is H or protecting group of OH group; R2 is H or protecting group of amino group; R3 is H or protecting group or carboxyl group; R4 and R5 are H, (substituted)lower alkyl, aralkyl or R4 and R5 represent alkylene chain in which both are mutually linked, alkylene chain through O, S or lower alkyl-substituted nitrogen atom or together with the adjacent N atom represent 4--7-membered cyclic amino, provided that R4 and R5 are not lower alkyl at the same time] and salt thereof. EXAMPLE:3-[ 2-Aminocarbonylpyrrolidin-4-ylthio ]-4-methyl-6-(1-hydroxyethyl)-1- azabicyclo[3.2.0]-hept-2-en-7-one-2-carboxylic acid. USE:An antimicrobial agent.
