Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the working quantity for production of the animation data by storing the still picture data into a memory together with the animation data and the scene data which defines the moving parts to form a scene. CONSTITUTION:The basic picture (still picture) data (a) which is used to draw a basic still picture is stored in a memory together with the animation data (b) used to realize the movement of each part of the still picture, and the scene data (c) used to define the specific ones of those moving parts for production of a scene. Then an animation is obtained by decoding the data (c). Thus it is possible to decrease the quantity of data needed for the animation and the working quantity is reduced for production of the animation data in case the still picture are combined for production of an animation.
