Abstract

PURPOSE:To heighten the activity ratio of a telephone line and to set the moderate basic toll of the telephone line by using one telephone line for a call and for the transmission of the diagnosis information of an automatic vending machine. CONSTITUTION:Diagnosis devices 6 and 7 performs diagnosis for the sale or the fault, etc., of the automatic vending machines 8 and 9, and the diagnosis information is stored in a memory part 12 passing the interface part 11 of the diagnosis device. A CPU 15 controls the connection of the interface part 14 of a telephone set and a communication part 13 generally, and in case of requesting transmission such as a time when a transmission request(prescribed PB signal) from a vendor's terminal 5 or an emergency transmission instruction from the diagnosis devices 6 and 7 are issued, the CPU switches the communication part 13 from a telephone set interface part 14 side to a memory part 12 side, and sends the content of the memory part 12 to the communication part 13, and transmits it to the vendor's terminal 5 via the telephone line 1. In such a way, it is possible to improve the activity ratio of the telephone line, and to set the moderate basic toll of the telephone line.
