Claims (1)
- ケース内にプランジヤを内装し、ソレノイドを
非励磁状態に保つているとき、アクチユエータポ
ートと排気通路とを連通させ、それを励磁状態に
保つているとき、供給ポートとアクチユエータポ
ートとを連通させるとともに、上記排気過程にフ
イルタを設けた空圧電磁弁において、上記ケース
内であつて排気通路よりも下流側にフイルタを設
け、このフイルタの下流側をマニホールド等に連
通してなる空圧電磁弁。
