Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform air cooling of the inside of a shelf uniformly and efficiently and to facilitate the maintenance and inspection of forced air cooling fans, by penetrating and forming air holes through the upper and lower walls of the shelf, in which electronic part units are mounted. CONSTITUTION:Triangular roof type screening plates 20, which are inclined toward the front end and the rear end of each shelf 11, are attached between the font and rear ends of the upper walls 11a of the second and fourth shelves 11 from the upper side. Forced air cooling fans 22 are attached into air holes 21, which are formed in the rear slant surface part 20b of the screening plate 20. Heat, which is generated in the inside of the shelf 11, is forcibly discharged to the rear outside direction of the shelf 11 through the fans 22, which are attached to the rear slant surface part 20b of the screening plate 20. Since the fans 22 are arranged obliquely with respect to the upper and lower walls 11a and 11b of the shelf 11, the air stream, which is slanted with respect to the shelf 11, is formed with the fans 22. Therefore, the inside of the shelf 11 is uniformly cooled with the air, a residual part of the heat is not formed and the forced air cooling can be performed efficiently.
