Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase an axial thrust of a rotary shaft and prevent hitting sound due to the thrust by providing an eccentric portion of the rotary shaft with a hole intersecting approximately at right angles an oil supply hole bored in the center of the rotary shaft and with another hole intersecting approximately at right angles said hole. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 4 of a pump section is inserted in and fixed to a rotor 3 of a motor-operated part in closed vessel 1. Suction, compression and delivery of refrigerant are performed with eccentric rotation of a roller 7 in a cylinder 6 by rotating the rotary shaft 4. Here, refrigerator oil 11 is supplied as shown with the arrow through an oil supply pipe 12 to a hollow inner hole part 19 of the rotary shaft 4 by the recirocating movement of a vane 9 being press-connected with the roller 7 by a difference in resistance on both sides of an oil supply piece 18. Here, the eccentric portion of the rotary shaft 4 is provided with a dead-end hole 14 intersecting the hollow inner hole part 19 at approximately right angles and with a hole 15 intersecting the dead- end hole 14 at right angles. Injecting refrigerator oil 11 out of the hole 15 to get a thrust in the direction of the arrow 16, thrust hitting sound due to a disagreement 13 of a magnet center is prevented.
