Conventional insecticides include spray-type insecticides, fumigation-type insecticides using incense sticks or heat-generating cans, and heating evaporation-type insecticides using pine impregnated with chemicals. All of these drugs have a temporary effect, and when used repeatedly, it is necessary to replace the drug used with a new one, and the residue after use must be removed. It required a lot of trouble to process it. Furthermore, it was necessary to change the amount or number of drugs depending on the size of the chamber.

When using the evaporator of this embodiment, first,
With the front frame 1 and the rear frame 2 separated, the roll shaft 6 and take-up shaft 6' of the cassette A as shown in FIG. 4 are inserted into the drive shafts 5, 5' inside the front frame, and the belt 4 is After suspending it on the heat generating plate 7' of the heat generator 7 and engaging the front frame and the rear frame to integrate it, select the mark on the belt depending on the size of the chamber in which the evaporator will be used, etc. Manually turn the knobs 8 and 8' to align them with the indicators 3a and 3a'. Next, connect the cord of this device (not shown) to the power source, turn on the switch 11, check the power supply to the heater 7 using the pilot lamp 10, and vaporize the evaporating agent such as the insecticide.

The predetermined time for completion of evaporation (the predetermined time is determined depending on the amount of evaporation agent such as a chemical impregnated per unit length of the belt, the capacity of the heat generator, etc. and can be arbitrarily set based on the design) is set to, for example, 12 hours. For example, after 12 hours have elapsed since electricity was applied, evaporation can be performed under the same conditions the next time by turning the switch off and turning the knob so that the same mark matches the index.

FIG. 7, FIG. 8, and FIG. 9 are plan views showing the relationship between indicators and marks indicating the state of conveyance of the belt 4 when the amount of evaporation is changed, respectively. In the figure, if the belt width is 39mm, the pitch of mark 4a is 24mm, the pitch of mark 4b is 20mm, and the pitch of mark 4c is 16mm, then 0.05g per 20mm.
Assuming that the insecticide etc. is impregnated, if the mark 4a is aligned with the index and transferred sequentially, the amount will be 0.05.
g×24/20=0.06g is evaporated each time, 0.05g for mark 4b, 0.05g× for mark 4c
16/20=0.04g can be evaporated with each transfer. In FIG. 7, when the belt is transferred to the right, the length of the belt being heated and evaporated by the heating plate 7' in the feeding direction is slightly shorter than the length of the heating plate 7' in the belt feeding direction due to thermal efficiency. With respect to the index 3a at the center of the side edge of the section, the length is D x 2 in left and right divisions. Therefore, the pitch of the mark needs to be 2D or less (to avoid leaving unevaporated parts on the belt), so when the mark is aligned with the index,
The previously heated and evaporated portion 4' is placed on the hot plate 7'. Therefore, when using the mark 4a, the length l 1 that is actually heated and evaporated becomes l 1 =D+(a-D)=a in FIG. 7, which coincides with the pitch of the mark 4a. That is, the 24 mm length corresponding to the pitch of the mark 4a is heated and 0.06 g of the insecticide impregnated therein evaporates. Moreover, FIG. 8 shows the case where the belt is successively heated and evaporated using mark 4b.
The length l 2 to be heated and evaporated is l 2 =D+(b-D)=b in the same manner as described above, which coincides with the pitch of the mark 4b. That is,
A length of 20 mm corresponding to the pitch of mark 4b is heated and impregnated with 0.05 g of evaporating agent such as insecticide. Fig. 9 shows the case where mark 4c is used, and the length l 3 that is heated and evaporated is l 3 = D + (c - D) = c, which matches the pitch of mark 4c, and is 16 mm corresponding to the pitch. The length of the tube is heated and 0.04g of insecticide impregnated with it evaporates.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a mark on the belt surface is selected, and the belt coated and impregnated with a transpiration agent such as an insecticide is manually moved over the heating element using a knob to open the mark. By matching the mark with the mark, it is possible to sequentially heat only the pitch of the mark on the heating plate.

Therefore, the evaporation device of the present invention eliminates the need to replace chemicals when used repeatedly, unlike conventional insecticides, and after use, simply winds up the belt and removes the troublesome residue disposal. This method has many advantages, such as eliminating the hassle, being able to arbitrarily and easily select an evaporation concentration, and easily adjusting the amount of evaporation depending on the size of the chamber.

In the example, the belt mark was provided on both side edges, but it goes without saying that it is sufficient to place it only on one side, and the position of the opening index does not need to be in the center of the side edge to match the effective heating area of the hot plate. Any position between them may be used, and it is also possible to increase the number of types of marks on the belt. Further, although the belt is in the form of a cassette in the embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this.
