Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the breaking of call and to decrease the function of a central control station without needing a special receiver by switching the directivity of an antenna, detecting the moving direction of a moving station and outputting it to a central station, when a receiving signal is deteriorated. CONSTITUTION:A moving station M in an area to cover a radio station A is moved in the direction of a B station, when the receiving signal of a station A is deteriorated, the station A successively switches the directivity characteristic of an antenna through a control circuit 3 when a receiver 2 detects the deterioration of the receiving signal through an antenna 1. From the change of the deterioration condition and the directivity characteristic of the antenna, it is detected that the moving station M is moved in the B station direction. The station A sends the moving information in a B station direction through a signal generating circuit 4 to a central station H. The central station H sends the switching signal to an idle channel assigned to the B station and thereafter, the communication is continued between the B station and the moving station M.
