Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of an arch phenomenon in a detergent by composing a detergent throw-in device of a square detergent vessel having a bottom surface formed in a waveform by arranging a plurality of gutter-shaped grooves side by side and having sidewall surfaces formed by being extended upwards in nearly vertical direction and also a plurality of spiral conveyors which are arranged in the gutter- shaped grooves and carry a detergent to a detergent throw-in port by means of rotation. CONSTITUTION: The both side ends 1b of the waveform grooves 1a on the bottom surface of the square detergent vessel 1 are nearly vertically extended upward and the sidewall surfaces 1c are formed in the detergent throw-in device. Therefore, a narrow part for introducing the detergent does not exist. Then the arch phenomenon of the detergent does not occur even in case it gets wet or tight by a vibration, the detergent normally falls onto the spiral conveyors 2 and it is stably carried to the detergent throw-in port 3 by the conveyors 2. Since the plurality of spiral conveyors 2 are arranged in the waveform grooves 1a on the bottom surface, the detergent deposited in a wide bottom area is carried to the throw-in port 3 without remaining in a vessel wall part. Thus, the arch phenomenon is prevented without reducing the storage quantity of the detergent vessel 1.
