Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform final positioning in an adhering stage itself and to maintain and secure adhesive accuracy by providing a magnet to attract and hold a rotary transformer, a through hole in which a guide boss can be inserted, and an adhering weight movable freely in a downward direction. CONSTITUTION:A rotary transloader 1 which supplies the rotary transformer 2 to the adhering weight 4 is provided with a centering guide boss 9 and an aligning guide hole 10, and is constituted movably freely in an up-and-down and horizontal directions. Meanwhile, the one end of the adhering weight is supported by an adhering weight supporting tool 5, a plural permanent magnets 8 to attract the rotary transformer 2 are embedded in the other end. When the rotary transformer 2 is fitted in the centering guide boss 9 and is supplied to the guide boss, the adhering weight 4 starts to descend with the adhering weight supporting tool 5. While the adhering weight 4 is operated to descend, a centering piston 3 is fitted in the boss hole 15 of a video cylinder 6 on which a bonding agent 16 is applied, and at this time, alignment is completed. In such a way, it is possible to maintain and secure the concentricity and parallelism of adhesion.
