CONSTITUTION:When an input device 20 is operated, tracks of magnetic disks 121-12n where the recorded signal on a magnetic disk 12 should be dubbed are collectively set. A composite video signal is recorded on the magnetic disk 12, and the periodically inverted distinction signal is added to the idle area. The recorded signal on the disk 12 is read out by a magnetic head 16 and is substituted with a control signal if necessary, and the distinction signal distinguishes between a control signal SC and recorded information SD by a recording and reproducing processing circuit 22. The signal SC and information SD are selected by an analog switch 24 and are alternately inputted to dubbing devices 101-10n. Since the signal SC includes the set signal, the operation is easy.
