Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the disadvantage of a conventional nylon-magnetic powder plastic magnet and to obtain a composition which imparts a plastic magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics by incorporating specific amounts of presumed amine silane coupling agent and organic phosphide in the composition for the plastic magnet containing nylon and magnetic powder. CONSTITUTION:At least one of amine silane coupling agent represented by a general formula (I) and organic phosphide represented by a general formula (IIa) or (IIb) is further contained in composition for a plastic magnet containing nylon and magnetic powder. However, in the formula (I), R1 is H, 1-18C alkyl group or its derivatives, and R2 is 1-4C alkyl group, and in the formulae (IIa), (IIb), R3-R8 are 3-6C branched alkyl group which are the same or different, n is 0, 1 or 2, and M is alkaline metals. The adding amount of the agent of the general formula (l) is 0.4-2wt.% to the magnetic powder, and the adding amounts of the phosphide of the general formulae (IIa), (IIb) is 0.1-5.0wt.% to the nylon.
