Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled lustering agent obtained by blending an amino- modified silicone oil having a definite viscosity with dimethylsilicone oil having a definite viscosity at a definite ratio in water and suitable for especially car tire as drop of oil having specific particle size. CONSTITUTION:The aimed lustering agent is obtained by dispersing (A) 10-30wt.% amino-modified silicone oil having >=1,000cs viscosity at 25 deg.C and (B) 90-70wt.% dimethylsilicone oil having 100-1,000cs at 25 deg.C into water and maintaining average particles size of drop of oil to <=2.5mum.
