Abstract

PURPOSE:In case of separating a fluid, such as radioactive waste fluid from the atomic power plant, into volatile liquids and solids, to attain uniform spraying of a liquid to be treated on the inner surface of the circumferential wall of a heating body even where the liquid has low fluidity, by using the outer surface of the circumferential wall of a distributing ring as a reflective surface for liquids to be treated, said distributing ring serving to distribute liquids to be treated to the inner surface of the circumferential wall of the heating body, and using the inside of the distributing ring as a storage chamber for liquids to be treated. CONSTITUTION:The circumferential wall 21a of a heating body 21 is provided with a pair of feed openings 24 and 25 for liquids to be treated, said feed opening 25 being positioned over the other opening and feeding low-fluid liquids, said feed opening 24 being positioned under the other opening and feeding high-fluid liquids. A rotating shaft 29 is provided at the axis of the heating body 21, and this rotating shaft 29 is provided with a distributing ring 37 such that the distributing ring is able to rotate together with the shaft. The dispensing ring 37 has a double wall structure comprising an outer circumferential wall 38 and an inner circumferential wall 39. The outer surface of the outer circumferential wall 38 faces the first feed opening 24, and acts as a reflective surface 38a for liquids to be treated. Further, a storage ring chamber 40 for liquids to be treated is provided between the outer circumferential wall 38 and the inner circumferential wall 39, said storage chamber being open at its upper side and facing the second feed opening 25. The storage chamber 40 for liquids to be treated is provided with a jet nozzle 41 at its bottom end, said nozzle being connected to the storage chamber.
