Abstract
PURPOSE:To decelerate and stop a motor in accordance with an optimum deceleration pattern at the time of emergency stop by providing an emergency deceleration control part which outputs a preliminarily set deceleration command pattern as the deceleration command at the time of input of an emergency stop command. CONSTITUTION:A position command X is inputted to an acceleration/ deceleration control part 4 and a servo position command Y is outputted after prescribed conversion. Normally, a servo control part 7 receives this command Y to control a servo motor 3. In case of emergency stop, an emergency deceleration control part 5 outputs a preliminarily set deceleration command Z at the time of input of an emergency stop command A and an adding part 6 adds commands Z and Y and the control part 7 controls the motor in accordance with the added command value Y+Z. Thus, the control part 7 urgently stops the motor in accordance with an optimum deceleration pattern, and the control part 7 and the load of a machine system are protected, and the motor is decelerated and stopped with a minimum delay.
