Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely open and close an opening with a simple structure by providing an expansion/contraction bag formed in part of a diaphragm to correspond to an opening connecting small liquid chambers with each other, and providing a pressure supply means to expand/contact this expansion/contraction bag so as to open/close the opening. CONSTITUTION:An opening 46 is provided connecting small liquid chambers 32A, 32B with each other, and an expansion/contraction bag 48 formed integrally in part of a diaphragm 22 composing part of a wall of the small chamber 32B is disposed corresponding to the opening 46. If pressure air is pressed into the expansion/contraction bag 48 from a cylinder 54, the expansion/contraction bag 48 is expanded radially, so its outer circumference is attached to the inner circumference of the opening 46 to close the opening 46. If supply of pressure air from the cylinder 44 is stopped, or when air is inhaled into the cylinder 43, then the expansion/contraction bag 48 contracts resiliently to release the opening 46. The opening 46 between the small liquid chambers 32A, 32B can thus be surely opened and closed.
