Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable back-up function to be monitored from a remote position, by setting an arithmetic section for working the change-over of a preliminary power source with a demodulator and a modulator for transmitting data mutually between them and the remote position, and signal received by the demodulator. CONSTITUTION:To a living power source 1, a service interruption detection section 8 is connected, and when service interruption is generated, then a relay 7 and a relay contact 3 are worked and are switched to the side of a preliminary power source 16. In the meantime, to an external control terminal 14, a demodulator 9 is connected, and demodulation signal is inputted to an arithmetic section (CPU)12. When external control signal is transmitted from a remote position, then false service interruption signal is inputted to the relay 7 from the arithmetic section 12 via an interface (comparator)13, and the relay contact 3 is artificially switched. The switched state is transmitted to the remote position from the arithmetic section 12 via the modulator 14, and normal working is confirmed.
