CONSTITUTION:In case of turning ON and OFF the power source 4 of the second device 2 by an operator, the command to control the DTR signal of a data terminal delay line is inputted to the first device 1 by an input device such as a keyboard, etc. The first device 1 receiving the command changes the voltage level of a DTR signal line 107. A power source controller 3 always monitors the DTR signal line 107, and when the voltage level of the 107 changes, for example, from a low level to a high level, the controller connects the power source 4 to the second device 2, and when the voltage level changes from the high level to the low level, disconnects the power source 4. Thus, by utilizing the tag line used in a conventional device without providing a specific control line, it is possible to perform the ON/OFF control of the power source of the targeted device from a remote place stably and surely with a circuit of simple constitution.
