Abstract

PURPOSE:To visually execute a recognition by mounting a disk magazine, simultaneously, displaying the existence of a disk by means of a lights-out or the emission of a first color and after a performance is started, emitting a disk number in the middle of the performance by means of a second color. CONSTITUTION:The titled display is equipped with a disk detector 11 to detect the existence of plural disks 3 by the detecting hole of a disk magazine 1, a logic arithmetic device 8 to process information from the disk detector 11, a disk number switch to execute an input to the logic arithmetic device 8, and a display 10 to be operated by the output of the logic arithmetic device 8 and to display the existence and performing states of plural disks 3. Namely, when the disk magazine 1 is mounted to a reproducing device, the disk detector 11 detects the existence of the disks 3 in the magazine 1, and the logic arithmetic device 8 displays a disk number display to be immediately performed by emitting by means of the first color based on the signal. Further, when a performance instruction is executed, the disk number display in the performing state is changed into the second color, and the display is executed. Thus, a long and wasteful time can be cancelled when the disks do not exist.
