A cast-on mold 2 consisting of two split molds 2a, 2b for this cast-on system is provided for the end, and this mold 2 has an upper frame forming recess 3 with length and width for housing an edge of the material 1 whose top surface is opened, an electrode lug forming recess 4 extending downward from an intermediate lower surface of the recess 3 and a hanging lug forming recess 5 extending downward in a hook type toward both ends of the recess 3. The upper frame 7 of the lead or the lead alloy charged, covered and bonded as one body with the material is cast and molded on the one edge 1a of the material 1, thus such one that has an electrode lug 8 and a hanging lug 9 molded as one body is securable.
