Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the fatigue of an operator by installing a scanning mechanism part for making an information reader which reads the identification described on an identification card or a chart of a person to be examined every line scan and move in a direction perpendicular to the line to be read and imprinting identification information of the person to be examined on a part of X-ray film. CONSTITUTION:The necessary parts of the identification card or the chart of the person to be examined are scanned with the action of the information reader 9 and the scanning mechanism part 10 installed on a remote control panel 8 so as to sequentially read the identification information described on them every line. The identification information, thus read, is displayed on a display unit 30 installed in a device part which supplies the film to a location where the X-ray transmitted image is photographed. The displayed identification information of the person to be examined is imprinted on a part of the X-ray film is an information recording part. Therefore, the identification information of the person to be examined can be imprinted on a part of the film just by scanning to read the identification card or the chart of the person to be examined by the information reader on the remote control panel. The fatigue of the operator, thus, can be reduced.
