Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the pushing-up of a shaft core by providing a small projection located at a distance longer than the length of the first foot barrel below the lower end of a shaft core having an ornamental top, and leaving it in a gap within the end of a wind of the second foot barrel after assembling both the leaves of hinge. CONSTITUTION: Foot barrels of both the leaves 1, 2 are combined together, the inner cavity 9 of the foot barrel is communicated up and down, the shaft core 3 is inserted from the upper side of the first foot barrel 4, the tip of the shaft core is inserted to the inner cavity of the third foot barrel 5, and both the leaves 1, 2 are rotated in the direction of the rear side of the leaf. Also, while the gap 11 at the end of the wind of the first foot barrel 4 is kept to a state of communicating up and down, the shaft core 3 is inserted while inserting a small projection 15 to the gap 11, and the small projection 15 is inserted to the gap 11 at ten end of the wind of the second foot barrel 7, and then the leaves 1, 2 are rotated in the direction of the front side and the hinge is assembled.
