The wall joining members 13 are fastened to at least one of the external wall panels 10, 11 at a plurality of locations spaced apart in the width direction of the external wall panels with screws. By this constitution, since the wall joining members 13 does not lean, a building is prevented from leaning, and because not all the external wall panels 10, 11 are provided with the joining members 13, reduction of construction costs can be achieved.
