【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、鋳造工場において、鋳型への注湯に
際し上型の浮上りを防止するために使用される重

一般に、注湯に伴う上型の浮上を抑止する手段
としては、たとえば鋳型上に板状の重錘を乗せる
方式や鋳枠自体に重錘としての機能(重量)をも
たせるヘビーコープ方式あるいは型合せされた上
下の枠相互を引掛金具にて緊締するハツカ方式等
が知られている。ところが、上記重錘方式の場合
は重錘に形成した開口部分を通して注湯すること
から、鋳型の湯口位置つまり注湯位置を制約する
こととなつて鋳型の変更に対する適応性が悪く、
しかも注湯機の注湯ノズル位置が重錘の高さ(厚
さ)分だけ高くなり、注湯の際鋳枠の上型にかか
る溶湯の圧力は、該溶湯の落差に比例することか
ら、取鍋の注湯口の位置が高くなれば溶湯の圧力
も大となり、その分重錘の重量を増やさなければ
ならない。しかし重錘の重量を増やせばその体
積、ひいては高さも大となり、取鍋の注湯口の位
置を更に上げなければならなくなり、溶湯の圧力
もまた上がるという悪循環が生じる。このため製
品の見切部に鋳張りが発生するのを完全に防止す
ることは極めて困難である等の問題があり、また
ヘブーコープ方式の場合は鋳枠重量が大なること
に起因して造型機ならびに搬送関係設備等の能力
を高める必要があり、さらにまたハツカ方式の場
合は構造が複雑化しかつ自動化が困難であるほ
か、全鋳枠に装備させる関係でコストが高く付く

本考案は、鋳枠に対して懸垂式となした注湯用
重錘を提供し、もつて上述した従来方式の欠点を

以下、本考案を図示の実施例に基づいて具体的
に説明する。まず、第1図〜第4図に示す実施例
について説明すると、注湯用重錘1は図示のよう
にその内法寸法が鋳枠10の外法寸法よりもやや
大きく、かつ高さが鋳枠10の高さよりやや小さ
い矩形の枠状に形成され、鋳枠10に対して適宜
遊びをもつて上方より嵌合可能とされている。重
錘1の主体部を構成する枠体2は、鋳枠10への
嵌合が容易となるようにその内周面が上端から下
端にかけて外広がり状のテーパ面とされており、
また枠体2の上端縁には鋳枠10若しくは鋳枠外
周縁より突出するフランジの上端縁に係止可能な
係止フツク3が一体に突設されている。すなわ
ち、本実施例では枠体2における一方の短辺の中
央位置と、各長辺の片側位置とに合計3個の係止
フツク3が形成されており、重錘1は鋳枠10に
対し嵌合状態で係止フツク3を介して懸垂支持さ

する枠体2のガタツキを抑える。なお、突起部
4,5の下部は枠体2の内面とテーパ面6によつ
て連続され嵌合の円滑化が図られている。枠体2
における各短辺の内面下部には、鋳枠10に形成
されている搬出入用つかみ片11との干渉を避け
るための縦長の逃溝7がそれぞれ2条ずつ形成さ
れており、また各短辺の下端縁には鋳枠10に形
成されているジヨルト時用のつかみ片12との干
渉を避けるための凹部8がそれぞれ形成され、さ
らに各長辺の下端縁には重錘1を鋳枠10に脱着
させる重錘移載装置の持上用爪(図示しない)が
係合する係合凹部9が各2個ずつ形成されてい

らには前述した従来のヘビーコープ方式やハツカ
