の長さ不揃い等の問題が起き、歩留が低下するの
で形材の長さ不揃いを調整する必要がある。この
長さ不揃いを調整するものとして、ベアリング部
の前面側にベアリング幅より大きい幅をもつ開口
を備えた整流抵抗部を設けたものがあるが、これ
は整流抵抗部の形状の設定が容易でない。そこ
で、本考案は上記の事情に鑑み、押出形材の長さ
不揃いの調整、すなわち押出速度の調整を容易に
可能とすべく、ベアリング部が開口するダイス前
面に押出速度調整用の膨出面を形成したことを最
大の特徴とする。

押出形材の長さ不揃いの調整ができ歩留が向上
し、省エネルギー、省資源上役立つ。また、ダイ
スの前面に膨出しているので、その研磨代の把握
も容易であるから調整作業が確実である。さら
に、押出形材の表面品質を一定以上に保持した上
で、できるだけ速い押出速度で押出形材の加工が
可能となり生産性が向上する。
