Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the making direction of a sub station from a parent station, to be switched without requiring much labor on systematic maintenance, by change-over-controlling a change-over circuit with command received via a communication line from the parent station. CONSTITUTION:When the making direction of a sub station is switched due to systematic change or the like, then by change-over command transmitted via a communication line 15 through remote operation from a parent station, a remote operation receiving circuit 11 is worked. Then, by energizing the coil 12 of a switching latch relay 14 and inverting a change-over contact circuit 13, the making direction is switched. By the change-over contact circuit 13, wirings from power transformers 5a, 5b are switched.
