の給気部及び排気部を設け、このハンドピース本
体後端に二重構造の給排気ホースを接続して、同
ホース内管内の給気路を上記給気部、内管と外管
との間の排気路を排気部にそれぞれ連絡し、且つ
給排気ホース基端にて排気路を開放して排気口を
構成し、この排気口に多孔性材質の消音フイルタ
