体に連設形成し、前記第２肉厚円筒部に金属固定
フードを嵌合固着すると共に該固定フードに形成
したリール脚嵌合部に合成樹脂製緩衝駒を嵌着し
てその両側係合縁を第２肉厚円筒部の上部周面に
当接載置すると共に該係合縁の口部に形成した係
止段部を肉厚円筒部のリール載置面に係合したリ
