[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a hinge spring used in an electromagnetic relay. As electromagnetic relays are being used in conjunction with electronic circuits, efforts are being made to make them more compact so that they can be mounted in higher density. However, as they become smaller, assembly becomes more difficult, so ease of assembly has become an issue. There is. Conventional methods for installing hinge springs include making complex machining on the inner wall of a box-shaped base to fit and support the spring, supporting the inner wall of the box-shaped base in pressure contact with the yoke end of an electromagnet, or swiveling it onto the armature or yoke. Alternatively, there are methods such as welding, but in the case of the first two, special attention is required from the operator as the spring is forced into place in the final process, and defects such as deformation of the hinge spring or failure to insert it are likely to occur, and it takes a lot of man-hours. It's large. In addition, welding and caulking methods require a large amount of man-hours and cannot be done at low cost. In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has a structure in which the hinge spring is inserted and fitted into the groove of the terminal block, thereby simplifying the shape of the hinge spring, making it easy to install, and reducing the number of installation steps. The purpose of this invention is to provide a hinge spring mounting structure that enables the following. A detailed explanation will be given below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a plan view of an embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a vertical sectional view thereof, and Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line A-B on the left side;
The right half is a sectional view taken along line CD, and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view thereof. 1 is an electromagnetic block in which a coil 3 is wound around an iron core 2, and an L-shaped yoke 4 has convex portions 4 on both left and right sides.
a, 4b are formed. 5 is bent into an L shape by amateurs, and a synthetic resin card 6 is fixed to the tip. 7 is a hinge spring that cuts and raises the lower part of both sides and has claws 7a, 7.
b is formed, and an inclined piece 7c for holding the armature 5 is provided at the middle upper part. 8a and 8b are mutually symmetrical terminal blocks,
Terminals 11, 1 are attached to the synthetic resin frames 9, 9a, 9b.
1a, 11b, 12, 12a, 12b, 13, 1
3a, 13b, 14, 14a, 14b are embedded and molded, and fixed springs 1 are installed at the tips of the terminals 11 to 14.
5, 15a, 15b, fixed spring 16, 16a, 1
6b, movable spring support stands 18, 18a, 18b, and coil connection terminal 19 are each integrally formed. The movable spring support base 18 includes a movable spring 17,
17a and 17b are welded together, and the movable spring 17 is provided with a movable contact 31 facing a fixed contact 32. Square holes 10, 10a, 10b are provided approximately in the center of the frame portion 9.
By fitting the square holes 10 into the protrusions 4a and 4b from both sides and inserting the semi-assembled product in which the terminal blocks 8a and 8b are assembled on both sides of the electromagnetic block 1 into the inner recess 22 of the base 21, each Terminals 11, 12, 1
3 and 14 are respectively inserted into the bottom holes 24 and attached to the base 2.
If the lower surface of the frame portion 9 comes into contact with the stepped portions 2 8 , 2 8 a, and 2 8 b of the base 21, the terminal 1
The claws 20 formed in the terminal blocks 1 and 13 come out of the bottom hole 24 and open outward by their own elasticity and lock onto the lower surface of the base 21, thereby fixing or fitting the terminal blocks 8a and 8b to the base 21. It's summery. The hinge spring 7 has its both sides connected to the grooves 29 of the frame portion 9,
29a, 29b and press down, the left and right elastic claws 7a, 7b pass through the groove 29 and into the bottom recess 30.
The hinge spring 7 is fixed by being engaged with the ceilings of the armatures 5a and 30b, and the inclined piece 7c presses the corner 5a of the armature arm 5 to rotatably hold the armature arm 5. Reference numeral 25 is a cover, and when installing it, insert the protrusions 26 on both sides of the cover 25 into the notches 23 on both sides of the ground 21, and the square hole 27 will fit into the protrusions 4a and 4b protruding from the square hole 10. 25, and the cover 25 is fitted onto the base 21. That is, the electromagnetic block 1 is connected to the terminal blocks 8a , 8
b by inserting it into the combination base 21, it fits and becomes a three-part unit, and by inserting the hinge spring 7 into 29, it holds the armature and is fitted, and the assembly is all done by the simple operation of insertion. The assembly is completed. When the coil 3 is energized from the terminals 14a and 14b, the armature 5 is attracted to the iron core 2, and the card 6 drives the movable spring 17, opening the normally closed contact on the fixed spring 16 side and opening the normally open contact on the fixed spring 15 side. Close switching works. In addition, according to the above structure, it is possible to perform operation checking and gauging before attaching the hinge spring, which has the effect of increasing the degree of freedom in the process. As explained above, according to the present invention, by inserting and fitting the hinge spring into the groove of the terminal block, the hinge spring can be easily and effortlessly installed, and the number of installation steps can be reduced. This is a spring mounting structure.
