CONSTITUTION:The semi-solid compsn. component contg. 0.1-60wt.% trifluoroethylene chloride low polymer having 400-1,500 average mol.wt., 0.1-30wt.% hydrophobic fine silica having 5-3mum average grain size as an inert packing material and 10-95wt.% viscous liquid material which has compatibility with the trifluoroethylene chloride low polymer, has >=1cst viscosity at 100 deg.C and is inert to blood is used after the sp. gr. is adjusted to a 1.015-1.070 range and the consistency to 250-450. The partition wall having the excellent hermetic property and stability is thereby rapidly formed between the serum or blood-plasma part and the blood-clot part separated at the time of the centrifugal sepn.
