Abstract
PURPOSE:To attain normal switching even when the amplitude of a signal to be switched is large by decreasing a voltage supplied from 1st and 2nd level shift circuits by a prescribed voltage and supplying the result to each base of a differential transistors(TRs) and increasing the output amplitude of a switch signal by a prescribed voltage. CONSTITUTION:A level shift circuit 23 is provided between a differential amplifier 3 and an input buffer circuit 2, a level shift circuit 24 is provided between the differential amplifier 3 and a voltage clamp circuit 4, and the level shift circuits 23, 24 are connected by a diode D5. A switch signal is level-shifted by a TR Q1, the level is shifted by a TR Q11, inputted to a base of a TR Q2, it is compared with a base reference voltage, the resulting switch signal is outputted to switch signal output terminals 12, 13.
