Abstract

PURPOSE:To use an airtight window to monitor transmission power by connecting a DC voltage taking-out part of a detecting circuit formed in a second airtight window to the center conductor of a coaxial connector. CONSTITUTION:A first airtight window consisting of a dielectric substrate is provided in the antenna-side end part of an antenna-side waveguide 10 connected to an antenna, and the antenna-side waveguide 10 is coupled to a transmitter/receiver-side waveguide 14 by flanges 12 and 16, and a second airtight window 20 consisting of a dielectric substrate is provided in this coupling part. A detecting circuit 22 is formed in the second airtight window 20, and a DC voltage taking-out part 42 of the detecting circuit 22 is connected to a center conductor 32 of a coaxial connector 26. That is, the detecting circuit 22 is formed in the second airtight window 20 and the DC voltage detected by the detecting circuit is taken out by the coaxial connector. Thus, electromagnetic wave power of a radio equipment is monitored by the simple constitution.
