Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain far infrared rays with wavelengths most effective for health in human body at low cost by using either one out of fine particles of a plant, fat and oil of an animal or a plant, and volcanic ashes, as a main ingredient.
CONSTITUTION: A stringy far infrared radiant structure 3 is manufactured as follows: a heating wire 7 is wound spirally around a core thread 6, and its outside is covered with an insulator 8 to form a heating wire part 9, and this heating wire part 9 is armored with a low-temperature far infrared radiator 10. This radiator 10 is made of a material which receives heat from the electric wire part 9 inside to radiate far infrared rays and composed of one or more combinations out of fine particles in a plant, fat and oil in an animal or a plant, and volcanic ashes. Further, rubber and plastics are added as desired. The far infrared rays of 8.21μm to 9.25μm in wavelength, most suitable for health of human body, can be hence obtained. The far infrared rays effective for the human body can be also effectively radiated even if the temperature is set arbitrarily in the range of 40°C to 80°C.
