CONSTITUTION:A heater is inserted in a heating surface 5, bubbles are produced from the circumference thereof and it is in a boiling heat transfer condition when the heating surface 5 is heated. Produced stream is liquefied in a condenser 12 and returned in working fluid 4. Pieces of wire gauze 6, 7, 8 are wound on the circumference of the heating surface 5 and fixed at intervals of a wire 9.
