Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove the phase shift (color smear) of a reproducing video signal by controlling a phase shifter, to which a video signal demodulated by a video signal demodulation circuit is supplied, in correspondence to an output signal from a band-pass filter. CONSTITUTION:A video signal reproducing system B is composed of band-pass filters 9 and 17, a jitter correcting circuit (TBC) 10, a video signal demodulation circuit 11, a horizontal synchronizing signal separator circuit 12, phase comparator circuits 13 and 18, a phase compensating circuit 14, a reference clock oscillation circuit 19, a low-pass filter 20, a phase shifter 21 and a video signal output terminal 22. When a video signal with a digital sound signal is reproduced, the phase shifter 22, to which the vide signal demodulated by the video signal demodulation circuit 11 is supplied, is controlled in correspondence to the output signal from the band-pass filter 17 and the reproducing video signal, which is outputted from the video signal reproducing system B, is controlled. Thus, the phase (color) dislocation of the reproducing video signal can be removed.
