Abstract
PURPOSE:To firmly fix cylindrical optical parts to a desired position on a substrate, by allowing the cylindrical optical parts to adhere closely to a flat surface of the substrate, radiating a laser light from the substrate side, and fixing the optical parts and the substrate. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical optical parts 1 are allowed to adhere closely to a flat surface 2 of a substrate 3. Subsequently, a laser light 4 is radiated to the side of the parts 1 from the side of the substrate 3, and by melting and solidifying the parts 1, as well, the parts 1 are fixed to the substrate 3. According to this method, the laser light 4 is radiated from the reverse side of the substrate 3 to which the parts are allowed to adhere closely, therefore, even if this melted and solidified part is brought to thermal contraction, this contraction force works in the direction for allowing the parts 1 to adhere closely to the substrate 3, and the parts 1 can be allowed to adhere closely to a desired position on the substrate 3. Therefore, there is no possibility that the optical axis is shifted due to a misalignment of the parts 1.
