Abstract

Viscoelastic material 10, 10 are provided together with a gusset plate 3 between the steel plates 6, the steel plate 2 and the wall concrete slab 9 respectively. Even when a horizontal force acts on the joint of the steel plate 6 and the upper and lower girders 7 and the vibration resistant wall slab 1 rotates and hence, a shift is occurrs among the steel plate 6, the steel plate 2, and the wall concrete slab 9, a resistance corresponding to relative transfer speed of each part arises and vibration is made controllable by the resistance.
