Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定軸先端のマグネツトと、ケース上壁内
    面のマグネツトにより、互いに反発するように挾
    持されたマグネツトを先端部に持ち、この反発力
    により浮上し、駆動源により回転される回転体を
    有し、且つ回転体のモータ方式がインナーロータ
    型で、スロツト鉄心が開スロツトである空気磁気
    軸受型光偏向器において、ロータマグネツトと同
    心円状の内径部を有するリング状部材を開スロツ
    トの内面に装着したことを特徴とする空気磁気軸
    受型光偏向器。 (2) リング状部材は非磁性体で構成されている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
    項記載の空気磁気軸受型光偏向器。
