Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily provide the desirable luminous intensity distribution without loss of light and unreasonable lens by forming a luminous intensity distribution pattern element with a projecting unit comprising a reflecting mirror, a shading body, and a projecting lens, and synthesizing each element to obtain the luminous intensity distribution pattern. CONSTITUTION: The lower edge of the reflecting light from reflecting surfaces 41, 42 of reflecting mirrors 31 , 32 is limited with a shading body 81 , then the reflecting light is projected as an inverted image in the front with a projecting lens 101 , and radiated with luminous intensity distribution patterns 111 , 112 . The lower edge of the reflecting light from reflecting surfaces 43 , 44 of reflecting mirrors 33 , 34 is limited with shading bodies 82 , 83 , the reflecting light is projected as an upside-down image in the front with projecting lenses 102 , 103 , and radiated as luminous intensity distribution patterns 113 , 114 having wide diffusion layer right and left, and in the state slipped by the amount equivalent to the amount being inclined right and left of optical axes X3 , X4 of the reflecting surfaces 43 , 44 to the optical axes X1 , X2 of the reflecting surfaces 41 , 42 . The luminous intensity distribution patterns 111 -114 are synthesized to constitute a luminous intensity distribution pattern 12 of one low beam.
