Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent drop off of fillers filled between a penetrating sleeve and a penetrating article by arranging a ring shaped springs inscribing to the inner circumference of the penetrating sleeve and circumscribing to the outer circumference of the penetrating article and arranging a pliable net between two plate springs. CONSTITUTION: A penetrating sleeve 3 is buried in concrete of a construction 1, and a penetrating article 2 passes through the penetrating sleeve 3. A necessary filler 4 is installed taking fire prevention and shielding into account. While installing the filler 4, a supporting material of the filler 4 composed of ring shaped plate spring 5 and net 6 is installed in the penetrating article 2. After that, the support article is pressed in the penetrating sleeve 3 and is clamping the filter 4 from its both sides. As a result, while the cutting operation and melting operation are not necessary, no drop off of the filler is ensured by this structure.
