Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify formation of a passage, by a method wherein a plurality of ports are formed in a body, a plurality of dents and through-holes on the body side of an adapter, and a communication passage in a seal member. CONSTITUTION:Axial ports 25 are formed in a pair of chambers 20a and 21a with which a pressure chamber 22A is formed, and axial ports 26 in a pair of chambers 20b and 21b with which a pressure chamber 22B is formed. Dents 31 and 32 and through-holes 35 and 36 are formed in the surface on the body side of an adapter 28 with which the end surface of a body 12 is covered, a communication passage 40 with O-rings 38 and 39, and a communication passage 41 with the O-rings 38. This constitution forms an intercommunication passage, through which the chambers 20a and 21a are intercommunicated, by means of the ports 25, the dents 31, the through-hole 35, and the communication passage 40, through which the chambers 20b and 21b are intercommunicated, by means of the ports 26, the dents 32, the through-hole 36, and the communication passage 41, whereby a passage can be simply formed.
